NOTE: Signature requirements: If you are not likely to be home when a package is delivered, you may try leaving a note asking the driver to leave the package with a neighbor or building manager, or simply supply your business address in the “Ship To” category of your order form.

Please note that UPS typically requires a signature upon delivery when: the package is delivered to an apartment, condominium or business; the package contents are valued at more than $150.00; or the driver feels that it is not safe to leave the package.
Sales Tax
In accordance with regulations of the State of New York, applicable sales tax is automatically calculated based on your order value and shipping charges for shipments to residents of New York State. Shipments to destinations other than New York State are not charged sales tax.
Returns
We are proud of our products and want you to be happy and satisfied. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our products, you can send unused YOTTOY products back to us within 15 days for a refund or 30 days for an exchange or merchandise credit. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned items. Items must be wrapped carefully and returned in new condition in their original packaging with all accessories. Return the packing list included with your shipment, and confirm that your name, address and daytime phone number are correct. Please check the reason for return at the bottom of the packing list. If you no longer have the packing list please include a written statement including your name, address, daytime phone number, description of items returned, and reason for return. Insure the whole value of the package and ship it prepaid to:

Please retain your postal insurance receipts. Credit in the amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping, gift packaging charges and 20% re-stocking fee, will be issued to the same credit card account as used for the initial purchase. Please allow at least 21 business days from the date of return for the credit to be processed.
