Where can I buy YOTTOY products?
Our toys are sold in many specialty, children's toy and gift stores, bookstores, chic boutiques, catalogs and better department stores. We believe our YOTTOY Soft Toys are best appreciated when you can hold and hug them! This is the best way to feel the different special fabrics, softness and weight of each soft toy. Does YOTTOY gift wrap?
Yes we do! You may purchase our colorful YOTTOY gift bag, which will come with sunshine yellow tissue and a festive note card for $4.95 as an add - on to any order.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, although we are convinced that once you start shopping with YOTTOY you won't be able to stop!
Our minimum order is $20 (before shipping).
Do you have sales tax?
In accordance with regulations of the State of New York, applicable sales tax is automatically calculated based on your order value and shipping charges for shipments to residents of New York State. Shipments to destinations other than New York State are not charged sales tax.
What is your return policy?
We are proud of our products and want you to be happy and satisfied.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with our products, you can send unused YOTTOY products back to us within 15 days for a refund or 30 days for an exchange or merchandise credit.
We are however only able to accept returns purchased via our website.
There is a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned items. Items must be wrapped carefully and returned in new condition in their original packaging with all accessories.
Please include a written statement including your name, address, daytime phone number, description of items returned, and reason for return. Insure the whole value of the package and ship it prepaid to:

Please retain your postal insurance receipts. Credit in the amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping, gift packaging charges and 20% re-stocking fee, will be issued to the same credit card account as used for the initial purchase. Please allow at least 21 business days from the date of return for the credit to be processed.
Where will YOTTOY ship?
Currently our website is set up to accept online orders for address within the 48 contiguous United States. We would be happy to take an order by phone, fax, or email for those ordering from outside this area.
When does YOTTOY ship?
We TRY to ship orders received by 2pm EST, Monday — Friday the same day from our New York studio. You will receive an email notice when your order has been processed for shipping by our order system.
We can't ship on weekends or holidays, nor do these days count as transit days for FedEx.
How long does shipping take?
FedEx Ground/Home Delivery does not guarantee transit times on standard shippingÉ but you can expect at least 5 business days from NYC to the west coast, and a shorter time frame for locales in between.

How are YOTTOYS made safe for children?
YOTTOY Productions, Inc. makes the safety of our products our highest priority. All YOTTOY products undergo stringent testing for safety by independent laboratories to meet U.S. ASTMF963 Toy Safety Standards. Hangtags and sewn-in-labels on every product state the appropriate age each toy is intended for.
How do I wash and care for my YOTTOY Soft Toy?
Everyone needs to clean up sometimes!
We believe the best way to wash our soft toys is to surface wash. Using a clean cloth, lukewarm water and a mild liquid detergent, lightly blot the fabric. For best results, test the detergent on a small area of the soft toy. After cleaning, squeeze the soft toy several times in a clean towel to ensure the removal of excess moisture. Allow your YOTTOY Soft Toy to air dry for at least 48 hours. Fluff and brush your YOTTOY Soft Toy and return it to the arms of its appreciative owner!
How do I identify my YOTTOY soft toy?
We believe all our YOTTOY Soft Toys are identifiable through the careful construction and attention to detail that every toy receives! In addition, all of our YOTTOY Soft Toys boast our YOTTOY logo securely sewn onto their bottoms. This truly identifies a toy as an exclusive YOTTOY! The sewn on logo, known as our "Smile of Approval", assures that every YOTTOY Soft Toy onto which it is sewn has been carefully designed, styled and constructed according to our exact specifications.
